We are seeking a friendly and well-spoken customer service representative to answer inbound calls for small a construction company. In this role, you will provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
This is an on-site position and cannot be conducted remotely.
The position is full-time and the working hours are from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.
Job duties:
- Manage incoming phone calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements:
- Candidates must be able to type 30 words per minute.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- A valid driver's license is required.
