Healthcare Resource Advocate (1 or more positions) (Polson, St. Ignatius) Tribal Health Department

The successful applicant must have a Bachelors or Associate Degree in Social Work, Medical or Business Administration or minimum of five (5) years increasingly responsible and relevant work experience including 2 years’ experience working with the RPMS data system. Must possess a valid driver’s license. All applicants must submit a Tribal application, a copy of academictranscript, certifications, proof of state licensure, copy of valid driver’s license, if claiming Tribal preference, proof of enrollment from a federally recognized Tribe if other than CSKT, and if claiming veteran’s preference, a copy of the DD214 must be submitted. FAILURE TO SUBMIT ALL OF THE ABOVE INFORMATION WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION DURING THE SCREENING PROCESS. This position is not a Testing Designated Position (TDP) within the definition of the CSKT Drug Testing policy. The successful applicant, if not already employed by the Tribes must pass a pre-hire drug test and serve a mandatory six (6) month probationary period. Salary is $19.98 - $22.87 per hour, plus benefits.
