Customer Service Representative
Job Description: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. We are looking to add to its rapidly expanding customer service department, and is in search of experienced, reliable, and enthusiastic team members. Customer Service Representatives act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging concerns that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent customer service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
