NEO Landscape Management is looking for 8 Full-time Landscape Technicians at 2352 Pearl Road, Medina, Ohio, 44256 and multiple cities within Medina, Cuyahoga, Stark and Summit counties. Duties include to landscape/maintain grounds of property using hand, power tools or equipment. Performs task which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall unit, walks, or water features. Worker will gather and remove litter and use hand tools; operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, chainsaws, electric clippers, sod cutters, pruning saws, or rototillers; follow planned landscaping designs to determine where to lay sod, sow grass, or plant flowers or foliage; shovel snow from walks, driveways, or parking lots and spread salt in those areas. Worker will be exposed to weather, outdoors/noise, hot/cold temperatures and will need to wear common protective or safety equipment. Worker will have attention to detail, integrity, thorough in completing tasks, and be cooperative, dependable, responsible, and reliable. Will need to be able to use the whole body to lift, balance, walk, bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Entry level; requires supervision. No education/prior work experience. Standard work schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Saturday work required when necessary. Starting wage of $15/hour with 40 hours/week. Overtime hours available and paid at $22.50/hour. Single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Paid biweekly.
