Executive Assistant

In this role, you’ll organize executives’ calendars and communications and help coordinate critical and impactful business decisions in a team environment.
You thrive in this role if you enjoy:
* Managing schedules for executive team members.
* Drafting, reviewing, and sending communications on behalf of executive team members.
* Organizing and preparing for meetings, including gathering documents, creating agendas, and coordinating logistics.
* Maintaining records and documentation processes.
* Collaborating with and learning from fellow administrative professionals.
Qualifications:

If you have an associate degree or prior experience in executive-level support—and can demonstrate expertise in managing processes, procedures, documentation, and inter-departmental collaboration—we want to hear from you.
