Senior Data Analysis
Location: Fergus Falls, Minnesota with hybrid remote work opportunities available

Everyone has an important role in accomplishing these objectives! In the Senior Data Analyst role, you’ll lead data processes in various areas of the company. Day to day, that might include:
* Develop the data processes and set standards for usage, integration, and access to data systems
* Lead a team of Data Analysts who specialize in various systems
* Manage new and ongoing integrations in order to bring structure across the many systems throughout the company
* Determine long-term road map of systems and data needs and direct employee and company resources to achieve road map goals
To be successful in this role, we’re looking for candidates who possess the following skills and traits:

* This role is heavily collaborative, so someone who is team-oriented with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills is most likely to succeed.
* A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent data analysis work experience is required. 5 or more years of experience in data architecture and archiving is preferred.
* Knowledge of and experience in the utility industry and Advanced Metering Infra structure is a great bonus.
