Thermodyne Services, Inc. seeks a Commercial Office Construction Coordinator
We are hiring a hardworking and detailed oriented candidate to join our Construction team as a Construction Coordinator. The Construction Coordinator is a valued role in the company as the liasion between office administration and field operations. This position assists departmental managers with day-to-day tasks, provides support with common administrative duties, and takes action based on knowledge of the company’s policies and procedures.
To be successful in this job role, you should possess exceptional knowledge of local, state, and federal codes and law.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support for construction projects from bid & proposal through release of lien
• Review construction submittals and assist project managers in contract administration
• Coordinate progress payment billings and construction draws in a timely manner
• Provide administrative support to management and field construction staff
• Generate and distribute various reporting requests throughout a contract’s life cycle
• Timely entry of customer invoices into MS Dynamics – Great Plains
• Generate close-out documentation letters of warranty
• Maintain filing systems and archive files as needed
Requirements:
• Product knowledge for the HVAC Industry, commercial and industrial
• Three years minimum experience of job costing
• AIA commercial contracts
• Billing and schedule of values.
• Experience using Excel, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Knowledge of Microsoft Great Plains Key2act system a PLUS.
