Facilities Maintenance
The Town of Richmond seeks a qualified individual for the position of Facilities Maintenance. The chosen candidate will work within the Highway Department and shall have demonstrated knowledge and experience in all areas of the general upkeep, repair and maintenance of the Town's facilities, including but not limited to; building systems, including general electrical, plumbing and HVAC; general cleaning; maintenance and mowing of lawns and planting areas; snow plowing. A clean driving record and valid license are required. A class 2B Hoisting Engineer's License must be obtained within 6 months. The Town offers a generous benefits package including health and dental insurance and Life Insurance. Rate of pay will be based on experience. Position will remain open until filled.
