SALARY/RANK: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
QUALIFICATIONS: Qualified candidate will have a master’s degree (MBA preferred). Management experience in a small business or nonprofit. Experience teaching at the college level is preferred. The successful candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at a time. The successful candidate will need to be able to interact with a wide variety of people including students, prospective students, faculty, staff, administration, donors, business leaders, and the community.
The successful candidate must demonstrate a strong Christian faith, a commitment to the University's Mission, and a demonstrated commitment to that faith, through his/her professional responsibilities, relationships and the mentoring of students.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Position will report to the Chair of the Entrepreneurial Leadership (EL) Program and be responsible for management of the Entrepreneurial Leadership program and the day-to-day operations of the eHIVE (Waynesburg University’s extra-curricular innovative hub). Candidate will manage the following areas including, but not limited to administrative duties, program design and development, implementation, marketing, reporting, and fundraising.
