Yamhill County has one regular, full-time position for a Management Analyst to join the HHS Administrative Services Team performing a wide variety of complex and diverse advanced-level technical and professional management support duties in support of job assignment, coordinating assigned operations and activities throughout HHS and with outside partners. The position requires knowledge or skills in advanced methods and techniques of data collection, research and report preparation, analyzing problems, identifying solutions, recommending techniques for resolution, and use of advanced spreadsheet functions in addition to the ability to solve complex problems using various computer applications and to synthesize the information into readable material for HHS staff, managers, department heads, and agency partners.
This position is eligible for remote/hybrid work with some on-site requirements. The person in this position MUST be able to attend regularly scheduled in-person meetings.
The Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited school with an emphasis in business or public administration and one year of administrative, analytical and/or budgetary experience is preferred. Any satisfactory equivalent combination of experience and training which ensures the ability to perform the work may substitute for the above. Tableau experience is preferred, but not required.
The Candidate:
The successful applicant must be self-directed, detail-oriented, possess the ability to work in a team environment and interact with co-workers and the public in a courteous, professional
manner and exhibit excellent communication skills. Must be proficient in computer use including Microsoft Office Suite, Publisher, PowerPoint, or equivalent and basic office software.
